**Our newest team member doesn’t sleep, and that’s the point.

Meet Kori: Inite’s AI Integration Support Engineer**.

Kori helps investigate the integrations we support, turns the findings into plain-language answers and keeps the work visible to your team. We connect the systems your business runs on. Kori helps make sense of the moments when those connections need attention.

## [The 2am problem](#the-2am-problem)

When you run integrations between an ERP, a storefront and a warehouse, the timing of a problem is rarely convenient. A connection stops updating at 2am. An order gets stuck between Shopify and Business Central just as finance is closing the books. Month-end rarely needs another puzzle.

You might find out when a customer emails, or when the numbers don’t reconcile. Either way, you need more than a notification. You need to know where the order stopped, what it affects and **what happens next**, without becoming the detective in three separate email threads.

That’s where Kori helps. Ask about the issue in your shared Microsoft Teams chat, in your own words. You don’t need to diagnose the problem first.

## [An investigation, not a guess](#an-investigation-not-a-guess)

Kori checks how the connection is set up, follows the available processing history and looks for **evidence** of what happened. The useful answer isn’t a wall of technical detail. It’s what was checked, what the findings mean for your business and what still needs attention.

That distinction matters. A missing record doesn’t, by itself, prove an order was lost. An error message doesn’t always explain the cause. A confident guess is still a guess, and not much help when you’re deciding what to do next.

When the information isn’t enough, Kori says what’s missing and brings the findings to our team for human investigation. The work already done goes with the question, so the next person doesn’t have to start from a blank page.

## [From noticing to resolved](#from-noticing-to-resolved)

Finding the problem is useful. Moving it towards a fix is the next job. That might mean an approved retry, work for our engineers or a question that needs human judgement.

If restarting an eligible failed process is appropriate, Kori explains the proposed action and asks for **approval first**. A retry should have a reason behind it, not crossed fingers.

When a fix needs our engineers, Kori files the work with the full story attached: the problem, its business impact and the findings. **A person reviews changes** before they go live. Logging the work isn’t permission to change a running integration.

Kori can also arrange follow-up checks and report progress in the shared chat. And when you ask, “Is it sorted yet?”, Kori can check where the work is up to rather than leave you hunting for the latest email.

## [Answers in the open](#answers-in-the-open)

Kori reports right in the same shared chat we have with you. Your team, ours and the other vendors involved can follow the conversation together. An answer shouldn’t become useful only after someone forwards it to the right people.

For the bigger picture, a **live issues tab** in your own Microsoft Teams shows open work, priorities and progress. It updates as the work moves. Knowing where things stand shouldn’t need its own meeting.

Your finance lead may need an update before closing the books. Your operations lead may need to know which orders need attention. They can follow the same conversation, without either becoming the unofficial messenger.

## [On every plan, not just the big one](#on-every-plan-not-just-the-big-one)

Kori is part of **every [Inite Care Plan](/pricing)**, including the smallest one. Full access isn’t reserved for the largest support package. For outages, our Care Plans include a **20-minute response commitment**.

Cindy, our Support Lead and Kori Coach, keeps the focus on useful investigations and clear communication. Kori helps with the investigations and follow-ups; our engineers handle the changes that need their judgement and review. Everyone has a part in getting things sorted.

That’s what we want support to feel like: a clear answer, a next step and the people involved working in the open.
