# The team

These are the people (and one AI) who design, run and watch your integrations, with no layers in between, and everything we do happens where you can see it.

Every integration here passes through more than one set of hands: designed and reviewed by our architects, run and watched around the clock by operations. Everything we do is documented, visible, and in code you own. The detail is on our [approach page](/our-approach#continuity).

## Vlad Leonov

Solutions Architect

Vlad has spent 18 years making business systems talk to each other, from his first Dynamics NAV integration to leading an integration practice here in New Zealand. At Inite he designs the solutions, reviews every integration before it goes live, and sets the way we work: everything in the open, everyone at the same table, prices fixed up front, and a free assessment to start. Business Central is where his experience runs deepest, but the rule is simpler: if it has an API, we can connect it.

Kori watches integrations around the clock, investigates issues, and reports in the open where your whole team can see, in plain language with a clear next step.
