You bring the client. We bring the integrations.

Most of our best work arrives through a partner. The deal is simple: you bring the client relationship and your own expertise, we bring integration and automation delivery, and the boundary between the two goes in writing.

If integrations are the part of your projects you'd happily hand to someone who treats your client like you do, let's talk.

Carl Head
"A referral is someone lending you their reputation. We treat it that way: an answer within one working day, prices the client can check, and a scope boundary in writing before any work starts. Your client stays your client. That's the whole design."

Partnership in practice

Equerra + Inite: one coherent system for the customer

Equerra is a New Zealand technology advisory and Dynamics 365 partner with deep roots in food and agriculture. Their vertical products, eqMeat, eqFish, eqFnB and eqProduce, bring Business Central to the industries where generic ERP falls short: kill floor data, catch weight, batch traceability, packhouse operations, export compliance.

Here's how the collaboration works. Equerra brings the industry depth: they know what a grower settlement or a FishServe quota means, they implement and tailor the ERP, and they advise the customer on where their systems should go. We bring the wiring: connecting that ERP to the storefronts, warehouses, 3PLs, freight carriers, retailer EDI channels and finance systems around it, and keeping every connection watched and healthy through Kori and our Care Plans.

We also build connectors for Equerra's products. When an eqMeat or eqFnB customer needs their operation talking to a Foodstuffs EDI channel, a Mainfreight consignment, a Shopify storefront or a legacy plant system, the integration capability is already part of what Equerra can offer, delivered by us, under the same fixed-price, code-you-own model as everything else we do.

For the shared customer it feels like one team: one shared chat with both firms in it, a clear owner for every piece, and nobody saying "that's the other vendor's problem". Each of us does the part we're best at, and the customer gets a coherent, integrated system instead of a pile of separate projects.

Who we partner with

Technology advisories & Dynamics 365 firms

You own the strategy, the implementation, and the client relationship. We take the integrations that stall your projects: the storefronts, warehouses, 3PLs, EDI channels and finance systems around the ERP. Your programme lands, your client thanks you.

Product companies

You build software your customers love. We build and run the connectors that wire your product into everything else your customers use, so 'does it integrate with...' stops costing you deals.

Accountants & software resellers

Your clients ask you who can connect their systems, and recommending someone is a risk on your name. We answer referrals within one working day, quote fixed prices your client can check, and keep you in the loop.

What partnering with us means

We never compete for your ground

No ERP implementations, no advisory, no strategy work. Integration and automation delivery only. The boundary is written into every scope we agree with your client, so referring us is safe in your best accounts.

Your client stays your client

You own the relationship. We do our work in the open, in a shared chat where you can see everything, and hand the credit to you.

A referral is answered within one working day

When you put your name on an introduction, silence is what burns you. You'll never chase us.

Fixed prices, visible to everyone

Your client sees the same fixed-price packages you do. No awkward surprises landing back on the person who made the introduction.

No referral fees, by design

We don't pay for introductions. Your recommendation stays independent, with nothing to disclose to your client, and the introduction is repaid in kind: your client looked after, credit handed to you, and work sent your way when it fits.

It stays healthy after go-live

Kori, our AI Integration Support Engineer, watches every flow around the clock, and our Care Plans keep integrations current. The 2am problem is ours, not yours.

The referral

How a referral runs

When you put your name on an introduction, you should know exactly what happens next. Here it is, start to finish.

You introduce us

An email, or add us straight into a chat with your client. A sentence is enough; we take it from there.

We answer within one working day

A real answer, not an acknowledgement: whether it's our kind of work, and what we'd suggest as the next step.

Your client gets the free hour

An hour on their systems with a solutions architect. No cost, no pitch, and you're welcome in the room. They keep the notes.

Any proposal is in the open

If a next step makes sense, it comes as fixed-price packages with the scope and the boundary written down. Your client sees the same numbers you do.

The email for step one is team [at] inite.co. It lands with the same people you'd be working with.

Meet an integration architect

Thinking about a partnership, or holding a client project with an integration-shaped hole in it? Same calendar as everyone else: an hour with an architect, no pitch. Bring a real scenario and we'll talk it through.
