Every integration here passes through more than one set of hands: designed and reviewed by our architects, run and watched around the clock by operations. Everything we do is documented, visible, and in code you own. The detail is on our approach page.

Vlad Leonov

Solutions Architect

Vlad has spent 18 years making business systems talk to each other, from his first Dynamics NAV integration to leading an integration practice here in New Zealand. At Inite he designs the solutions, reviews every integration before it goes live, and sets the way we work: everything in the open, everyone at the same table, prices fixed up front, and a free assessment to start. Business Central is where his experience runs deepest, but the rule is simpler: if it has an API, we can connect it.

Carl Head

Solutions Architect

Carl works with us on solution design. He looks after two things: building our partner network, and being the second set of experienced eyes on every design we put in front of a customer. Before an architecture decision is settled, Carl has seen it.

Support Lead · Kori Coach

Cindy runs support and coaches Kori, our AI Integration Support Engineer. She reviews Kori's investigations and holds every answer to the same bar: plain language, grounded in evidence, always ending with the next step.

Asta

Collaboration Lead · Pace-setter

Asta cares about two things: openness and momentum. The right people in the room, questions answered, follow-ups done, and everyone able to see where the work is at. She keeps delivery moving, so you do not have to chase.

AI Integration Support Engineer

Kori is our AI Integration Support Engineer. Kori works as part of the team, coached by Cindy. Kori watches integrations around the clock, investigates issues, and reports in the open where your whole team can see, in plain language with a clear next step. Ask whether something has been done and you'll get a straight answer.

Explain what is happening in plain language, including what changed and what it affects
Drive fixes through to resolution by raising engineering work when code changes are needed and keeping you updated
Support day-to-day operations by answering status questions and helping confirm what to do next
