Systems we work with

Systems we work with

If it has an API, a file feed, or an EDI channel, we can connect it. These are the systems we meet most in New Zealand businesses: what each one is, and what connecting it properly looks like. Every name links to the vendor's own site so you can check we mean the same thing.

Running something that isn't here? That's normal, most projects include at least one system meeting us for the first time.

Platforms & runtimes

Runs integration code on a global network, close to your website and your customers. Our pick when flows sit near a storefront: queues soak up launch-day spikes, and there are no servers for anyone to babysit.

A durable execution engine: every step of a flow is journaled, so if a system on the other end goes down, the flow pauses and resumes exactly where it stopped, even days later. Our reliability default for flows that must never lose an order.

Microsoft's cloud. If you run Business Central and Microsoft 365, your integrations can live in the same tenant your IT team already governs, under the same security rules.

ERP & accounting

Microsoft's mid-market ERP and our deepest specialisation, going back to its Dynamics NAV days. The hub most of our integrations connect to: storefronts, warehouses, EDI and payments all meeting the ledger correctly.

Oracle's cloud ERP, common in NZ groups with multiple subsidiaries. We connect it to storefronts, warehouses and finance systems, and keep intercompany data moving cleanly.

One of the biggest mid-market ERPs in Australia and New Zealand. If your business runs on it, we make it talk to everything else; replacing it is never our suggestion.

New Zealand's default small-business ledger, and often the system a growing group is consolidating around or moving on from. We handle both directions, including running Xero alongside an ERP during transition.

A full business suite: Books, CRM, Inventory and more. We connect the pieces you actually use to the rest of your systems. We also run our own invoicing on it.

An established accounting and ERP family still doing solid work in NZ businesses. We integrate around it rather than pushing a migration nobody asked for.

SAP's ERP for small and mid-sized companies, present in NZ manufacturing. With the right integration it connects to storefronts, warehouses and EDI channels.

NZ-born inventory platform that often sits between Xero and a full ERP. We connect it to your channels, or help you grow out of it without a big-bang rebuild.

NZ-born inventory software and a food and manufacturing favourite. Orders, stock and batches flowing to and from wherever they need to be.

E-commerce

The storefront we connect most, including multi-store, multi-brand setups. Orders land in the ERP at order level, stock flows back fast enough to prevent oversells, and payouts reconcile to the ledger instead of to a spreadsheet.

Commerce inside WordPress: flexible, everywhere, and happiest when orders leave it automatically into a real ERP instead of being exported by hand.

Heavy-duty e-commerce for complex catalogues and B2B pricing. We keep it and the ERP agreeing about orders, stock and customers.

A hosted storefront in the Shopify mould. Same integration story: orders down to the ERP and warehouse, stock and fulfilment back up.

CRM & sales

Microsoft's CRM and Business Central's natural partner. We make customers, quotes and invoices line up between the two, so sales and finance stop comparing notes.

The biggest CRM there is. We sync accounts, orders and invoices with the ERP so the pipeline and the ledger describe the same reality.

CRM and marketing in one. We connect deals to actual orders and invoices, so 'closed won' means the same thing in the pipeline and in the accounts.

A straightforward sales CRM. Deals in, orders out to the ERP, nobody re-keying anything in between.

A modern, flexible CRM with a clean API, easy to wire into anything. It's the CRM we run ourselves, so we know exactly what it can do.

Warehouse & 3PL

A warehouse management system built for e-commerce fulfilment, and part of a real customer stack of ours: orders down from the ERP, picks and despatches back, stock the two systems agree on.

A 3PL and its platform. When your stock lives in someone else's warehouse, the integration is what keeps your ERP and their reality telling the same story.

The warehouse and transport system many ANZ 3PLs run. We integrate from either side: for the 3PL itself, or for a business whose 3PL runs it.

Shipping & freight

New Zealand's biggest freight name. Consignments created straight from the ERP, tracking and freight costs written back, no portal copy-paste.

NZ-born shipping automation across dozens of carriers. We connect it to your ERP or storefront so labels, manifests and tracking happen without anyone touching them.

Parcels, rates and tracking via API. Simple, high-volume, and exactly the kind of thing worth automating properly once instead of clicking through daily.

NZ multi-carrier shipping. Bookings created from your systems, tracking and costs written back into them.

Retail & EDI

The EDI channel for supplying New World, PAK'nSAVE and Four Square. Orders arrive in your ERP untouched, invoices and despatch advices go back exactly to spec, and chargebacks stop being a line item.

EDI for the other half of the grocery duopoly. Same discipline: compliant documents both ways, no manual re-entry, no compliance surprises.

Retail EDI for TWG suppliers: purchase orders, shipping notices and invoices flowing between your ERP and theirs without spreadsheets in the middle.

EDI for trade and DIY supply. Clean documents in both directions, so supplying the co-op doesn't need its own admin person.

Banking & payments

Online payments. A Stripe payout is a lump of orders, refunds and fees settled days after the sales; we reconcile it to the ledger at order level, through a clearing account, the way an auditor would want.

NZ payments provider covering cards, terminals and online. We match settlements to sales automatically so finance stops doing it by hand.

NZ bank feeds (ANZ · ASB · BNZ · Westpac)

Statements and feeds from the main NZ banks, reconciled against the ledger automatically: payments matched to invoices, exceptions surfaced instead of discovered at month-end.

And everything without a logo

Custom REST and SOAP APIs, CSV and SFTP feeds, EDI (X12 and EDIFACT), webhooks, legacy databases, and the in-house system someone built in 2011 that the business still runs on. Breadth is the point: the systems above are where our experience runs deepest, not a limit.
