Pricing
Fixed prices, stated up front
A project builds your integrations for a fixed price agreed before work starts. A Care Plan, our monthly support plan, keeps them running: same scope and the same response times on every platform, priced by what it costs us to operate the boundary on yours.
Care Plans · priced for your platform
Restate is our reliability default, and Azure often wins when your world is Microsoft. We recommend whichever fits your setup, even when it's the one that costs more to operate. Not sure which platform is yours? That's part of the free hour.

Building something new
Projects come in same-size, fixed-price packages
Tell us what you need, and we break it into fixed-price packages of the same size, each one agreed before work starts. If something new comes up mid-project, it becomes its own package, not a variation, so the price you agreed is the price you pay. The package sizes and what they typically deliver are in the questions below; what yours would look like is exactly what the free hour is for.

The questions buyers ask us, from package sizes to billing and data handling. The legal answers are the short version, with the full terms of service and privacy policy one click away.
Do we have to pick the right plan straight away?
No. Start where your volume is today; if you grow into a bigger plan, we’ll see it coming in the numbers and talk about it before anything slows down.
What does "front of the queue" mean on Managed?
It’s a scheduling promise. When two pieces of work compete for the same person, the Managed customer’s goes first: investigations are picked up sooner, and small changes are scheduled ahead of other work.
The response times we put in writing stay the floor for every plan, so nobody waits longer than the table says because someone else is on Managed.
What does a project actually cost?
Project builds come as fixed-price packages in three sizes: NZ$3,500, NZ$7,950 and NZ$16,500, excluding GST. As a guide from recent work: NZ$3,500 delivers one solid integration flow, NZ$7,950 a two-way integration or about three smaller flows, and NZ$16,500 a multi-flow build, for example Shopify connected across four or more flows.
Whatever you need is broken into a mix of those packages, each agreed before work starts. What yours would look like is exactly what the free hour is for.
What happens if we go over our plan's volume?
Nothing breaks. Your flows keep moving, just a little slower, and we’ll have a chat about the right plan for your volume. No surprise bills, no dropped data.
What happens if you miss a fix time?
You’ll know before you have to ask: the investigation is open in your shared chat, so a miss arrives with the why attached rather than an excuse. The work stays at the front of our queue until it’s resolved, and afterwards you get a written follow-up covering what happened and what we’ve changed so it doesn’t repeat.
A missed fix time also earns a service credit on a following invoice, applied without you having to claim it: 25% of that month’s Care Plan fee for an Outage or Blocker, 10% for a Degraded or Minor issue, capped at the full month’s fee. The exact wording is in our terms of service.
What's an integration flow?
One end-to-end journey of a piece of data through your systems. An order arriving from your store, syncing to your ERP, updating stock, and confirming back: that’s one flow, not four. We count the way you count your business.
When does a Care Plan start?
When your first integration goes live. The project builds it; the Care Plan keeps it running.
Who pays for the platform our integrations run on?
You do, directly. The platform accounts are yours from day one, so its usage bill lands with you at the provider’s own rates, with nothing added by us. The Care Plan price covers operating the secure boundary around it, not the platform itself.
What the platform costs to run depends on which one it is and how much you process. Sizing that is part of the free hour, and part of why we’ll recommend one platform over another for your setup.
Why does the platform change the price?
The scope and the response times are identical on every platform. What changes is what it costs us to operate the boundary there: each platform takes a different amount of work to watch, deploy to, and keep healthy, and the price reflects that.
It’s also why we’ll tell you plainly which platform we’d recommend for your setup. And if the right platform for you is also the one that costs more to operate, that’s still the one we’ll recommend. How the platforms compare is on our approach page.
Do you only work with the systems on your list?
No. If it has an API, a file feed, or an EDI channel, we can connect it. The list on our site shows the systems we work with most, like Business Central, Power Platform, Shopify, Xero, PeopleVox and Foodstuffs EDI, but most projects involve at least one system we’re meeting for the first time. That’s normal integration work.
Tell us what you’re running in the free hour on your systems and we’ll take it from there.
What happens on the first call?
It’s an hour on a call with us, talking through the systems you run and what you want them to do together. We’ll ask about your setup, where the manual work and re-keying happens, and what you’re planning next. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s worth connecting and in what order, and our written notes follow within two working days.
No cost, no pitch, no preparation needed. If it makes sense to work together, we’ll propose a fixed-price next step. If it doesn’t, you’ve still had a useful hour. Pick a time at inite.co/talk.
Are we locked in to your platform?
No. Integrations are delivered as code your organisation owns, with documented runbooks and a live diagram of how your data moves. We run a secure, observed boundary around your platform of choice (Cloudflare, Azure, AWS, or Restate Cloud), and if we ever part ways, the boundary lifts away and the code stays yours.
That’s a deliberate difference from subscription integration platforms, where the integrations live inside someone else’s black box.
How do you charge?
Fixed price, agreed up front. Build work is quoted as fixed-price packages, so you know what a piece of work costs before it starts and the energy goes into the work rather than the contract.
After go-live, our Care Plans keep everything running. They’re priced by how much your integrations actually process and by the platform they run on, and every plan includes Kori, our AI Integration Support Engineer, monitoring around the clock. The plan prices are in the Care Plan cards on this page, and everything is billed by invoice: Care Plans monthly in advance, project work against the agreed milestones.
How much of our team's time will this take?
Less than you’d fear, and we’ll tell you exactly before we start. A typical first project needs a short session with the person who knows the business process (often your accountant or ops lead) early on, someone who can grant system access, and a check-in as we go live. Hour-level asks, scheduled in advance.
Everything else happens in the shared chat, where you can see progress without having to attend anything.
What exactly is in a fixed price?
Each piece of work is quoted as a fixed-price package with the scope written down: what’s in, what’s out, and what counts as a change. The price you agree is the price you pay, on delivery. If something new comes up mid-project, it goes into its own agreed package, not onto a creeping invoice.
We work this way because open-ended time-and-materials is unpriced risk, and our buyers are usually the people who’d have to explain that risk to a board.
What happens if we stop working with you?
Your integrations keep running. They’re built as code your organisation owns, in your repositories, on your accounts, with documented runbooks and a live flow diagram. Cancel, and the boundary we run lifts away; any capable engineer can take over from the documentation alone.
We built it that way on purpose: we’d rather you stay because the service is worth it than because leaving is hard. The detail is on our approach page.
Who exactly does the work?
Design and review stay with our architects: every integration is designed by the people on our team page, and every change is reviewed by them before it ships. The building itself is done by an experienced team of independent contractors we work with, each under NDA, with access limited to the job and never to your production systems.
All communication runs through our team, in the shared chat you can see, so there is one door to knock on regardless of who is holding the keyboard. Kori handles the around-the-clock monitoring, and Cindy runs support.
Can Kori fix things on its own?
Kori fixes what’s safe to fix and hands everything else to the team with the full story attached. Anything that changes your systems runs with approval, and code changes are reviewed by a person before they ship.
You’ll never get a “have you tried turning it off and on” from us: by the time we call, we know what happened. Meet Kori for the full picture.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Fast, and in writing. This is the same table that sits in our agreements:
Impact What it means We respond within Fixed within Outage Something critical is down and it’s hurting the business 20 minutes 4 hours Blocker A key process is stuck and can’t proceed 1 hour 8 hours Degraded Things work, but slower or clumsier than they should 4 hours 2 days Minor A question, or a small change you’d like 2 days 15 days The times hold on holidays too: alerts go to the whole team, and Kori has usually started the investigation before anyone picks up.
Who is Kori?
Kori is our AI Integration Support Engineer and a named member of the Inite team. Kori monitors customer integrations around the clock, investigates issues, and reports in the shared chat where your team, our team, and your other vendors can all see what’s happening. Straight answers, in the open.
Kori doesn’t replace the humans: the team stands behind every investigation, and a real person is always in the loop. Meet Kori for the full picture.
Who looks after the integration after go-live?
We do, through an Inite Care Plan. Every plan includes full access to Kori, our AI Integration Support Engineer, who monitors your flows 24/7 and investigates issues as they happen. Higher tiers add architecture maintenance (keeping things healthy and current) and a dedicated integration lead.
And if you ever go past your plan’s included volume, your integrations never stop: processing slows until you upgrade, and nothing is dropped.
How do you handle our data and credentials?
Credentials your team shares with us go into a dedicated vault with write-only access: your people can add and update them, but nobody reads them back, including us. Access to your systems uses the least access needed for the job, data in transit is encrypted, and we never use your messages or business data to train AI models.
We operate under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and you can ask at any time what we hold and have it corrected or deleted. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
How does billing actually work?
Care Plans are billed monthly in advance, and you can end one with thirty days’ written notice. Fixed-price project work is invoiced against the milestones agreed in the statement of work, and the price you agreed holds for the life of the project, even if our standard rates change. All prices exclude GST.
You can stop working with us at any time with reasonable notice; you pay for work done to that point, and everything built for you is yours once paid for. The full detail is in our terms of service.
