The 2am problem
When you run integrations between an ERP, a storefront, and a warehouse, things break at inconvenient times. A webhook stops firing at 2am. An order gets stuck between Shopify and Business Central during month-end close. Traditionally you find out when a customer emails, or when the numbers don’t reconcile.
Kori changes that. Kori watches every integration flow we run, around the clock, on whichever platform you own. When something fails, Kori reads the logs, traces the failed flow, re-runs what’s safe to re-run, and opens an investigation with the full story attached. By the time a human picks it up, the question isn’t “what happened?”, it’s “here’s what happened, approve the fix.”
From noticing to resolved
Kori doesn’t stop at raising an alert. When a fix needs code, Kori files the work to our engineers with the whole story attached, and a person reviews every change before it ships. Anything that touches your systems runs with approval; what’s safe to re-run gets checked first.
Then Kori follows the fix through to done. Progress lands in the chat without anyone asking, so “is it sorted yet?” is a question you never have to send twice.
Answers in the open
The part our customers mention most: Kori reports right in the same shared chat we have with them. Ask whether something’s been done and you get a straight answer, in the open, from the engineer who actually checked.
And for the bigger picture, every open issue lives as a tab in your own Microsoft Teams: what’s being worked on, what’s waiting on an approval, what’s resolved. It updates in real time as things move, so the state of your integrations is never a meeting request away.
